You’ll need to adjust it

It is pre-cut, but not to the appropriate length.

The longest one, emergency drain, is too high up.
The medium sized one, is too long, with the elbow piece attached to it, the lid doesn’t close.

The shortest one is ok.

Beware if this before glueing it to the overflow, as once it is in place there is no space to cut them to the appropriate size, and since they fit too loosely on the overflow box, they must be glued and can’t be just left “pressed in”

Nicolas, Thanks for the feedback. The Internal Pipe kit is Pre-cut for low flow systems, not all systems will use these lenghts, but they can be cut down to accomodate almost every flow setup. We would have been very happy to assist you in any questions prior to installation if you would have reached out to us.
I am concerned about how you installed the pipes into your overflow. First and foremost, based on this review, I know that the installation instructions were not read or followed. Here is a link to the installation manual for reference - https://docs.synergyreef.com/installation-manuals/the-synergy-reef-shadow-overflow/exterior-rear-box/interior-rear-box-plumbing -
The Internal pipes should NEVER be glued int place. I just want to let everyone reading this know as well. Also the 'Elbow' piece or U-Pipe as we call them is not needed for every setup and rarely is used. They are included for setups as needed. The installation manual will explain in detail when and how to use the U-pipes properly, and yes those setups will require a smaller piece of PVC pipe.

Convenient

Layers of glue is not best sealing approach but effective. All my flow goes thru the shortest with u installed for noise. 800 gallons an hour through filter sock others just drip into sump.
