International Order Information

Currently, we are only shipping to limited International Countries for international orders. We DO NOT offer Free Shipping on international orders. We do not ship large sumps over 44" to countries that require it to be on a ship. We can ship to your choice of freight forwarder, but you will be responsible for arranging this prior to ordering.

Please note that for all international orders, customs taxes and duties will be your responsibility and due at the delivery destination. These will be collected by the carrier upon delivery and are separate from any shipping charges in your order. We only charge the actual shipping costs and NO DUTIES. You will be required to pay your country’s Duties on your shipment when it arrives in your country’s customs. These duties are not pre-paid thru Synergy Reef. Please use your local government’s websites or offices to estimate the duties of your order.
