In-stock items with paid shipping typically ship within 1–2 business days. Some items may ship sooner depending on packaging requirements. Items with free shipping or flat-rate shipping typically ship within 1–4 business days.

Built-to-order items will be built within the estimated timeframe stated via email after checkout. Build and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on production, packaging, carrier availability, and order volume.

Backordered items ship on a first-come, first-served basis once the item becomes available for shipping.

All sales are final on sale items, discounted items, items purchased with a coupon code, and built-to-order items.

Original shipping charges, freight charges, handling fees, and any applicable transaction or processing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
